Am I doing charity for teaching?

Hurt or rejection can come to us in any forms in life. Last Friday afternoon, why did I spend time to pray? While I was waiting for my student to come, I received an sms saying that he stopped coming for lesson from that day onward.

Many people, especially students, treat me like doing charity. People do not understand that there is a relationship between teachers and students. Just imagine, do you like your boss calls you in the morning saying that from this day onward you don't have to come for work anymore? If you can answer this question, you understand what I feel.

Hurt? Rejection?
What is that feeling? It is a hurt. It is sense of rejection. Do not ignore it. People who face this situation should not ignore how they feel. It is time to adjust our heart. Our heart needs healing.

What I did is I quickly come to God, asking Him to remove the hurt of being rejected. Our God is a faithful God. Waiting no time, He removed the hurt in me and restored my joy again. I thank God for His faithfulness.
